help! I've knelt on my kindle!

it made a funny crunching sound as I knelt on the screen :(

It's not cracked but it's not working :(

Are they repairable? If so, where do i take it?
If not, how do i get all me stuff back??

Just spent a whole day putting my own photos on. gutted.

How long have you had it? If it is still in warranty then Amazon will simply replace it with a new one.

about 18 months but i got it from tesco.

Won't all your stuff be in your kindle account somewhere?

Go to "My Account" in your Kindle account and you will find a contact link.
My Kindle (3G) died a death when it was out of warranty and they offered to replace it for £50.00. I don't think it matters that your Kindle was purchased in Tesco.

Everything you have purchased is saved in your Amazon account so you won't have lost any of your books.

Also use iCloud and all your pics can be transferred instantly.

Sell it for spare parts and buy a new one. That's how they make their money, you can knell on a paper back all you want use it to prop up a table leg use it as toilet paper or start a fire with it.Try doing that with a Kindle !

i rang customer support and they offered me a new one for £40. But then, when i gave my details, he said that I had taken out the extended warranty, and so i'm entitled to a new one! It's in the post!
I never ever take out those warranties, but it was bought by my husband - so for once he did something right!

My family have had 3 free replacement kindles so far (I stepped on my partner's although he doesn't know). Kindle have got to be one of the best for customer service I've ever come across.

I have an HP PHOTOSMART 7660 printer.For some reason it has started printing just headings and illustrations and failing to print the text to go with it.It is not the black ink because it prints black headings. Iam not aware of changing anything on the computer or printer.Please can anyone help?
