my memory card is not showing it's full storage space and it's 32gb but it's only showing 9.36gb?

it's class 4 Kingston micro-sd hc a while ago i inserted it in my Nokia 5130 xpress music which i think doesn't support upto 32gigs but when i inserted it in my Sony Ericsson live with Walkman it showed the same 9.36 gigs why?
what is the reason of this and what should i do about it

please if anyone can help and tell me the solution?

i have already tried that but it's not working as it should it's still after formatting shows 9.36gb!

Where did you buy it?
There's hundreds of reports of fake Kingston (and other well known brand) memory devices.
