Human voice greeting?

How do I get a recording of my voice 'greet' me when I click on Firefox and my page opens on the Google site. If I click on Firefox it opens on my Google page and I would then like to have a recorded voice clip of me saying"Good morning*****,where to?"
Is it possible and where(which file/folder) do I copy the recording into?
I know it's a bit childish? but computers are supposed to be fun,friendly? and after all,hell! it's my toy.
Any help?

You could make a simple webpage with voice clip and a search bar and set that as your homepage. Or make a small video of yourself and post it on Youtube and set than as your homepage.
