Should be getting 60Mbps and I do wired.
Wireless anything from -1 to 20Mbps with dropouts.
The Superhub is exactly where my old G router was, pcs in same place.
PC wireless card is 'N' compatible and capable of connecting at 300; connects at 24.

Spent over an hour and a half on tech support - they had remote access. No improvement.
Tech visit to house, no improvement.
New Superhub, no improvement.

I used to get a constant 10Mbps on the ancient system (the speed I paid for) on all my pcs.

I am considering using it as Modem Only and buying a new router but would be grateful for all suggestions/advice.

Do you have the latest drivers for the wireless card installed?
Why not ask on the dedicated Virgin forums?

Our Superhub gives rubbish wireless speeds and drops out often. It is the only complaint I have about our Virgin Media service.

Just checked, and yes.

VHG, I find the Virgin forums very unhelpful, to be honest.

I have solved all my problems by using the SuperHub (hah!) as modem only and buying my own router.

Running great for 24 hours, easily connected, fast and stable.

Thanks for all replies.
