Lost USB Lead to Camcorder

Hubby has lost the lead to his Canon HD Vixia HF200 Camcorder. See

Since he lost it he has sent away for 2 replacements (from abroad) annoyingly neither have fitted. Please see pic here

for USB shape - me thinks it may be slightly 'distorted' after hubby tried to force one in that was wrong shape :S!!!!

Any suggestions?

The reason the USB cable did not fit is because it is not a USB connector but a "component out" connector.

The USB connector seems to be on the right hand side, underneath the strap, next to the HDMI socket.

I found this out by looking at the manual online here (see page 116)

A Massive thankyou VHG! You were right! I can't believe we'd been looking at the wrong socket and that my hubby had actually forgotten which one he'd been using, perviously to loosing the cable!! Anyhoo, mystery solved thanks to you, sorry i didn't get back to you sooner. Thanks again, you're a star!
