Volume issue

The volume on my PC is very good for everything excepting when using a webcam for monitoring my dogs behaviour when I leave her for a short time. The video picture is fine but the volume is practically non existant. Any help on adjustments I need to carry out will be thankfully received. Telboy

Check setting of sound and audio devices from control panel and set device volume to high.
