anyone having trouble with blackberry last few days i try to make calls it says congestion and when someone rings me they get engaged tone bbm slow too im with virgin mobile they say coverage is good in area

Mine was on Vodafone, no problem. Went to ASDA, same network but cheaper calls and texts. Still no problem.
