Avatar missing today - is it just me!

I posted a question a short time ago and noticed my Avatar has disappeared.

Is it just me?

Or will it come back if I put a saucer of milk out for it?

I see quite a few are missing and just got a blank with an x in the corner, don't know why. Think mine was missing too.
