Typing words to Anwerbank
28 Answers
When I am typing words to make a statement to Answerbank I find letters missing & I am constantly having to correct what I have aleady typed. When I am using my keyboard for everything else (eg. Word & Emailing) I am having no problems at all ( it has taken me ages to type this very slowly one letter at a time). Is anyone else having this problem ? My system is W7 & I am using IE9 to communicate with A/B.

So far it seems absolutly fine for me, I've not had any letter jumped, missed or other strange things happen...
I'll give it one more sentence just to make sure, but so far it looks fine...
(No problems in IE here)

I thought it was my rubbish typing, although I have noticed it a lot on AB. My biggest problem is the freezing, it's much better than it used to be but I still have to recover now and again. Really annoying when you have just typed a reply and it gets deleted and you have to start again. I'm also on W7 and IE9
It doesn't happen on my version of IE9 - not that I ever use it, really. I use a better browser ...
I would imagine the problem lies somewhere in the code that is displaying the number of characters that you've typed (the result appears just to the left of the submit button). If this code was, for some reason, running extremely slowly on some versions of IE9, it would explain why you couldn't type quickly.
Either that or it's some strange interaction with your virus scanner. Which anti-virus software are you using?
