My pc is running video slowly, is it bandwidth? just got 1gb of memory but thats not done the trick, i dont have a lot of space left on my hard drive 1% so freeing up some space ? will that work?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Windows creates lots of temporary files while it is working so often needs a fair amount of disk space. I would try to have about 10% or more of your disk empty (depending on the disk size).
I would clean out your disk as a matter of urgency.
Empty recycle bin, delete all temporary internet files, and run a "disk clean up" (supplied with Windows).
Delete (or back up then delete) as many of your personal files as you can, particulalry video files of all types as they tend to be the largest types of files.

Yes, a pretty big clear out is needed. Just be careful not to delete essential programs and system files though. Do a disk clean up and empty the recycle bin as others have said and look to see which files take up the most space. Videos, music and photos can be the main culprits. I also found that one computer used to have loads of backups/system restore points and I didn't need all of them
