Is there any way of password protecting my inbox on the iPad 2. When I click on the mail icon, all my inbox pops right up and anyone using it can see my mail, as my children use it frequently is there any way of protecting this with a password so that they can't access it? Thank you.

I've just had a play about myself and can't find an easy way to do it so I googled for a solution, apparently you can password protect Safari, iTunes and Youtube et al but not Mail..........what a crock! Hopefull a techie has a solution, there is a restrictions setting but I can't work out how to use it.

Me too rocky, that's why I was asking here, kids saying who is such and such etc.
Bit of a bad oversight in design really, the only way round it woud be to disable the mail account then just log on though the browser. Pain in the arris though.

Unless rocky, as you said the techies know.
No techies about then Traci, I was hoping someone could answer this.
