What is it with modern mobile phones?

Why do they need to be the size of a fridge?

I just want a small (and I do mean small) POCKET sized phone. Doesn't need to have fancy internet stuff, just want to make calls and sent text messages.

I'd like buttons you can push, none of this touch screen rubbish. I'd like a flip phone so I don't pocket dial anyone.

Is that so much to ask??

Call me anything you like, excel!

Might have a look at that one. I'd even considered getting a refurbished Samsung E530 - my favourite phone ever. I still have an immaculate one, but I dropped it so it won't fire up... Not much use!
E530 .... good choice, especially if you liked it and know your way around it.

go with what you know - i say.
I got one for mr mac from asda for about 12 quid. It's a Samsung GTE-1190 and it's a wee clam style with push buttons. It's a basic phone/text job. No fancy bits.
Just got Mr M a Samson flip phone from o2 - I think it was about £15. Perfect for what he needs as he breaks them all the time.
Sorry... Samsung ^^
