how can i down load my digital camera pics, on my computer, i have done it loads of times , till now ,i have re installed it using the cd , but still cant get it to work.  THANKS. ps. does anyone else own a FUJIAN CAMERA.

How do you connect it? Is it via one of those connectors that's like a smaller printer connection?
via usb?

Maybe you could go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers?
I'd need more info to be more confident of any "fix".

If you're connecting via USB, try connecting and then turning the camera on. You may also need to have a fiddle with your camera's menu.

The camera will normally show up as an extra drive which you can then explore.

I too owe a fuji camera. What is your model? Connect via usb? I have installed and unistall the cd many times. It works one minute and next it doesnt, then I have to un and re install again and again. I think there is a fault with the software cd. Have you ever downloaded any pics to ur PC? dont follow the instructions on screen, follow the ones in the manual ( they are different) I did the same thing at first. If you have followed all the right  instructions, then try changing the setting from usb to printer, you find this will work everytime. In the manual says you are not suppose to do this but is the only way to get it to work.

Is it a fuji camera? Fujian ? Try my tips anyway!
