I think you might need to be a little clearer, as to what you consider, "a reasonable price" ............
I have previously posted about Kodak.
I personally think it is terrible. A colleague went to a repair shop before buying a printer and was told not to buy a Kodak as he had quite a few to repair.

The price would be about 100 pounds
I have an Epson all in one, we just bought new ink cartridges just a couple of days ago, £2.00 each (not original) they work perfect!
We paid about £60 for ours 18 months ago, still going strong.
I got one from Tesco about 4 months ago and it is great.
Sorry, meant to say it cost £29.99
You may want to consider how good the quality of the photos will be with the cheaper inks. Some printers can use special photo ink cartridges which are even more overpriced then the normal ones and need to be used with proper photo paper to get a good result.

Make sure you inquire as to the price of genuine replacement ink as new printers often come with only a little bit of ink in the tank.
You may find that, if you use your all-in-one infrequently, the compatible inks may dry up. Genuine inks have the elusive liquid included which prevents this. I have an Epson Stylus SX 415 with which I use genuines which I buy through Amazon at about £30 a set of four colours.
We have an Epson PX720WD.
It's a printer/scanner/copier and takes memory cards, etc. It has a double sided printing option and you can alter the print quality from draft to best photo. It also prints on CD's.
We always use non-genuine inks and rarely have a problem with them. The inks are that cheap, you can just take the problem cartridge out and replace it if needed.

We've had ours a few years and never had a problem with it (I hope I'm not tempting fate now !!). I reckon you should be able to pick one up for less than £100.
