Shared e-mail
Hi I run a small business with around 10 staff I use 1&1 for my web site and an internet ( yahoo ) e-mail account. I would like to copy large companies where staff have e-mil addresses such as "[email protected]" is it possible to have an internet account that effectively shares the site with several users so that we could have for example home workers logging on clicking on their own personal "folder or area" and managing their own e-mails - but still monitored and "owned" by a main single person ( ie me )
Also I don't know if this bit is relevant to e-mails but is it possible to own a web site and have a "staff/members area" again for their use to promote themselves within the business BUT without giving them access to the main log on pass codes ( I have e-mailed 1&1 and as yet they haven't replied ) and quite a simple question to end is there any reason or advantage to having the e-mail linked to the web site ??????? So does any one know how I do this
Help Please !!
Thank you
