i cannot connect anything to my wifi bought i phone 4s today and it picks up network name but will not accept the password. I know password is 100% right as i took router to computer shop a when icould not connect my new pc wirelessly told them network name +password and they connected instantly is ther a way to clear router memory and start again? no friends or family can connect either. the router is a net gear DG834 V3 thank for any help in advance.

Check that you are using the correct encryption method - I recently fixed a friends connection to his Sky router - it was set for an ecryption method that his laptop didn't have. Connected it via cable, changed the router settings and was able to connect wirelessly.

Alternatively there may be a button to press on the router when setting wirless access.

Make sure you are using the right upper and lower case letters.

You password is probably a mixed case password and you must enter the same on your phone.

Your phone probably has options for entering upper and lower case.
