How do I get my fotos from my digital camera on to my PC?

You can connect the camera to the computer via a USB cable (often sold with the camera) and move the pictures off the camera like any other external drive, or if your computer has a card reader slot, then you take the card out of the camera and put it in the slot then proceed like any other external drive.

Make sure everything is switched on and all connections are correct.
Note the comment that it may take a minute or two to display your photos.
An alternative method as someone has already suggested is to take the SD memory card out of the camera and put it into the card reader slot in your computer. If your computer doesn't have a card reader slot you can buy an SD card reader for a couple of pounds from the usual online shops. The advantage of doing it this way is that it doesn't use the camera's battery.
Either way, the computer should recognise the camera or the SD card as another drive. If you have an inbuilt CD/DVD (D:) drive as well as your C: your camera / camera card will probably show as E:
