Looking for a phone on pay as you go that I can upload videos to youtube

Looking for a phone on pay as you go that I can make an upload videos to youtube that is not too expensive and comes with a USB cable ready to connect and is really easy to use. Any suggestions?

I've found you have to be on contract to have apps on your mobile. I have pay as you go but no uploads.

Do you mean you want a phone you can record video on and then upload to YouTube?

You don't need an app for that if you are prepared to upload the vid to your pc, then to YouTube.

Any phone with vid recording can do that easily enough.
