Regaining spell check facility

I seem to have lost my automatic spell check on Google Chrome. How do I reinstate it please?
I have Windows XP, if that's relevant.

If it's the latest version...

Click the 3 bars in the top right....select settings.... click show advanced settings (at the bottom)...click language and spell check settings.

Then if english (united kingdom) isn't in the list click add and add it.... make sure the enable spell checking tick box is ticked, highlight english (united kingdom) and click use this language for spell checking.

Mine decided to disable it after the last update too, I definitely spelt definitely incorrectly a couple of times before realising.

A lot of people spell definitely wrongly. You often see definately, definitely.
