What I generally do to show someone an actual map, rather than telling them the postcode and letting them find it themselves, is to do a print screen (look on your keyboard, top right) and paste it into a word doc, save that and either send as an attachment or print it for them.
If you are running windows 7, there is a propgram called 'snipping tool'. You can access by start button then typing 'snip' into the search box at the bottom of 'pop-up'. It allows you to select an area of the screen then save it as a jpeg file. I think it is easeier than using print screen.
If you make a shortcut to it and put the shortcut into the task bar, then you can call it up at anytime you need it.
... the full url is already selected so you only need to Ctrl-C to copy it to the clipboard, and you can also tick the box to get a shortened url if you prefer.
You will need to create a listing of your site on http://www.google.com/places/ then your business information would be appear or display on Google maps.
