I need to unlock my mobile as I'm chamging networks. Is it ok to use an internet service for this or would you recommend brining it to a shop (other than an O2 shop as they won't do it!!)?

If it's a contract phone and locked then you provider is obliged to unlock it at the end of your contract (they may charge a small fee)
Otherwise.. I'd go to a shop (market stall)... at least then you can see it really is unlocked before paying anything.
