iPad Daily Telegraph app

I have a subscription that gets me the Daily Telegraph iPad edition daily. Usually the day's copy is there every morning.

Yesterday, Sat. 2nd Nov, nothing dowloaded. There were no error messages, just no paper. I emailed the DT helpline but no response. I rebooted the app several times during the day to no avail.

Today the Sunday paper was downloaded fine as usual but I would like to know how I can retrieve yesterday (Saturday 3rd Nov) edition?

Any ideas gratefully received!
