Using sim in camera

Ive just bought myself a Samsung galaxy camera which has the capabilities to use 3G. The camera actually comes with 1gb of data allowance in a sim but after that you have to sign up and top up the data amount if you want to use the 3G.

I would like to know if I would be able to use my sim from my mobile, in my camera to use its 3g data as I have 750 gb of data allowance on my phone sim and never go anywhere near it. My phone is and iPhone 4. Whether that makes any difference or not I don't know.

Many thanks

If you had said Android Phone, then I'd have risked a guess at it working (assuming the sims are physically the same size).

But Apple and the phone companies have got some very sneaky interactions going on (which are profoundly anti-consumer and the main reason I won't have an iPhone) - I tend to think the sim will be locked to the handset in some way - but it may be worth a try - by someone else though in case it fries either the sim or the camera ...
