Am looking to buy laptop and kindle hd fire and need wireless connection..currently have speedtouch..so Orange have sent me all the bits looks easy..but I think I am about to kill someone !!! have put it all away again and gone back to normal.have had to phone a man in the book to come out ..waiting for him to call back...am I being dense ??

turns out orange had set my pasword incorrectly..password ok but they had programmed box as uppercase when it never has been..so I shall be having words with Orange and seek reimbursement of engineer fee....
