Was chatting to a guy at the weekend. He'd been in The Foreign Legion and he showed me how to defend myself with no weapons in case I am ever attacked. Some pretty lethal moves. Just thought I'd mention it Dave. x

Hi Sib.....ignore S-D. I use my phone as an alarm clock....don't have one. I needed to be up before eight am the other morning so I sent my daughter an email the evening before asking her to phone me tomorrow before eight. She did........ at 7.30pm.
