Problem sending pic messages
7 Answers
I am trying to send a picture message, but it just says "incorrect server" and then comes up as "failed".
I don't appear to be receiving them either.
I'm with the dreaded 'Three', so thought I'd ask on here, before calling them for assistance.
Phone is Samsung Galaxy.

Try to turn off the wifi if it is on then try to send the pic message.
Try these when you hold down the off button of mobile you will see a screen that says: silent mode, mobile data connection, flight mode, and power off, make sure that the mobile data connection is turned on. This may help.
Or try these steps to follow to start receiving pictures. Open “Messages”, next open “Settings”, you will need to scroll down to “MMS Settings” and disable the “Auto Receive” by selecting disable next to this feature. The last step is to open an MMS message and click “Download”.
