Nissan Micra display is showing 'Happy Birthday'

I'm listening to local radio, and the presenter is saying that today her Micra dashboard display is showing a picture of a Birthday Cake and the words 'Happy Birthday'. She was perplexed because it wasn't her birthday!

Any Micra owner know what all this is about? Is it a service reminder? Any ideas?

Why not search on "Micra Happy Birthday"?

Thats what I did and found this
