Why does my brand new printer keep telling me there is a paper jam when there isn't? I am only using one sheet at a time of 240gsm photo paper at a time. This is the very reason I got rid of my old one!
Thanks in anticipation
If you tell us the make and model of your printer someone on here will have a look at the manual for you and then tell you what to do. Alternatively, you could perhaps read the manual for yourself. If you haven't got a manual you should be able to download one in pdf form by typing the make and model into Google.
As mentioned without any details of the printer it's a bit hard to comment...
But 240gsm is higher than a lot of printers will support, and on a lot of printers paper anywhere near that weight can only be used from certain paper trays/feed methods.
