You say it is after you copy and paste, but you do not say how much information you copy, perhaps it could be due to the lack of virtual memory or RAM?

I always get the two mixed up, so perhaps someone who is more of a expert on such things would wish to explain?

As I said in your ebay post, copy and paste seems to be a problem in Google Chrome ( it does not work !)

I use Google Chrome and do quite a lot of copy and pasting onto AB without any problems.

yes, the arrows are making text disappear under some circumstances in recent days, so that's probably it. It's an AB thing, I think, not browser-related.
