Orion Dvd Freeview Combi Tv, Remote Problem

Hi i have a Orion tv with built in dvd and freeview 19" model number TV19PL120DVD B . Serial no- 305-7Z35953B. This is numbers on the tv the remote hasnt got any from new. The remote has now near enough stopped working all together so can anyone tell me how i can g in touch with orion to get it replaced please or where i can get a propper universal remote to opperate the dvd etc etc just ive tried a couple of uni remotes and they are rubish and dont work fully...so would like te original if pss but cant find out how to get in touch with orion company to ask for one..any help would be great.

Buenchico thanks and that is the model number except mine has the letter B at end o model as a space after dvd then letter b. does the b make a difference sorry just wondering or should i maybe ask them,thanks though it not a bad price from them

Just an additional point:
That website appears to fail a key test for internet purchasing. (i.e. there's no postal address). However a bit of investigation has shown that it's actually this company (which does have a postal address and phone number on the website). So it seems safe to me:
