Security On Ipad/iphone Etc
3 Answers
We are constantly advised to have a security program installed on our computers ( I have MSE which I find very good, straightforward and don't notice it's there until its needed). I don't see the same recommendations for appliances such as the iPhones, iPad, other smartphones etc. why is that please? Is it not necessary on those appliances or are we being careless?

There are no known iOS viruses that can infect an iPad or iPhone that has not been jailbroeken. Furthermore, Apple's app approval process also ensures that each app is checked for possible malware, granting an additional level of security.
