broken nokia 6210

I have a nokia 6210, but a while ago the top left button broke after an accident with some vodka and coke.  I'm not insured, so I just live with inconvenience of no 'options' 'edit' or 'delete' buttons.  However, I am getting my phone upgraded soon, but I want to keep all the pics that are on my 6210.  I can't use a bluetooth booth, as you need the broken button to activate bluetooth.  I can't transfer them onto a memory card as that also requires that button!
My question is:  if i buy a phone to pc lead to download the images, will I need that button to connect to the pc or anything? or will it just automatically synchronise with my phone?  Does anyone have a nokia connection lead and how easy are they to use?Any other ideas on getting the pics most welcome!

I have a Nokia but not your model.With all the Nokias I've had the Nokia software and lead were all you needed - I never touched the phone to get a download or upload come to that.
