Emailing Photos

i have been using picasa3 for a while now with no problems, when i click on email box i have allways had 2 choices. either gmail or aol (my isp) today however i installed microsoft works office and the choices became gmail or microsoft excel. i then uninstalled m/s office and now the choices are gmail or use my default email programme. iv'e clicked on the bottom left logo then default programes but dont know what to do next. any of you computer buffs out there tell me what to do??? thank for any advice.
