This is to all my friends on here who gave me advice about my television. There IS a sound fault with this TV, I spoke to Panasonic directly. John Lewis are exchanging this TV within the next few days. Their service is second to non. I would like to thank all the people who tried to help with this problem and here's hoping that the TX-L47E5B mark 2 is 100% better than mark 1.

I bought a tv last year, same price as Currys etc, got 5 year warranty and a free wifi dongle (£50), Currys wanted a hefty premium for their warranty.
