Getting Rid Of Snap.do

Last night after a download of programme addition to Serif Webpus
WAJAM appeared on my PC and spy.do seems to have taken over firefox page all efforts to get back to normal have failed urgently need help please

You should be able to remove WAJAM as follows:

Windows Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs. Select Wajam and then click Change/Remove.

I can usually manage to remove these things myself but snap.do proved a little more difficult.

Thanks for all responses Seem to have 'lost' wajam but have done all things below and still have snap.do instead of firefox

Have a look under Firefox/Tools/Addons. Disable it if you find it.

Is it listed under Control Panel/Add Remove programs?

Thanks SlackAlice but removed via control panel followed other suggestions no luck and can't follow you tube instructions due to size and accent can you offer any other advice please

To display the videos as full screen......Click the video and you should see at the bottom the words 'you tube'...a click on that should allow you to view it full screen. Sorry about the strange accent on the video which I posted.

Sorry Alston if your is the voice I had a problem with. I have just eliminated the Snap.do logo by resetting Firefox had already removed from programme list control panel. I will also make a note of your Youtube instructions in case of further problems I do not access youtube Very many thanks for your offers of help - once again ABers and technology in particular have provied my saviour
