Web Page Unavailable

On the 'webpage unavailable' page that I was talking about, in my other thread this morning, it says this:

Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again

How do I do that please?

You start by telling us which antivirus/firewall you are using.

It's windows firewall, rojash. My antivirus is ME.
