I have Freescan box on one TV and Sky box on another but I can't get certain programmes on the Freescan unless the Sky box is also on.
Even then if I change Sky programmes that sometimes stops some programmes on the Freescan.
Each box has its own dish.

It doesn't work the other way round the Freescan programmes don't affect
Sky.
Any ideas of the trouble ?

I've now discovered that it's radiation from the SKY box that is causing the trouble, even when it's on stand by. Once unplugged there's no problem .
Maybe if I move the Sky box further away that may solve the problem .
Do you mean Freesat?
If the problem is solely RF radiation, simply physically separating the boxes may well solve the problem. If it's main-borne you might need one of these:

Thanks ! Wow ! thats expensive. I tried screening it with tin foil as an experiment. It didn't work ! As you suggest it may be mains borne.
