Request For Network Password

While I was working on my laptop today I have been getting continuous requests in the form of a menu appearing asking me to confirm User Name and Network Password.
Whatever I do it comes back within a minute or so. I've tried shutting down and starting again but it still comes back.

This just started today but I have had it in the past. Can't remember how I got rid of it before. Anyone out there have a solution?

I think I have solved the problem.
It was my wife's username and password that was being reques
It seems OK - so far!

It was my wife's username and password that was being requested, so I went into Outlook and deleted her password then reset it again.
It seems OK - so far!
