I'm not expecting many visitors to the Shrubbery tonight - the weather is WILD! Gales and sleet sending the plants back into hibernation and killing off those insects that have awakened expecting it to be spring. Will there be any left to pollinate the fruit bushes?

Even hardy car-boot-sellers will be tucked up warm indoors.

Whatever the weather tomorrow morning, the games will go ahead as usual.

First will be the KM Game launched and overseen by seekeerz. The thread starts early in Q&P but there is no rush - play anytime over the weekend for an equal chance of points. That game is based on the GK crosswords in the Daily Telegraph on Sat/Mon.

The other version, the MM Links Game is set by one of oor ain and this month is the turn of 'Queen Kay' (aka evsajo). She will post an introduction in Q&P at 8:45 tomorrow morning, followed by the challenge words at 9am.
Early play is advised if you want the best chance of bonus points in this version of the game but entries remain open until 7pm Sunday.


The shrubbery is now open for socialising should any (fool)hardy individual care to venture forth this evening.
