Mobile Phone Problem

I sent a text but it did not go as message on phone said 'message will go when flight profile is deactivated' I must ave pressed something in error. What di I so ? help please

You appear to have placed your phone in "Flight Mode" everything else will work but it will not transmit or receive any signals, I don't know which phone you are using so I cant help further.

flight mode on off is usually one of your first screens and easily accessible.

Your phone has the option to use 'flight mode', which lets you play games, view pictures, etc, but doesn't allow incoming or outgoing calls (so that the phone doesn't interfere with a plane's electronic systems). You seem to have entered that mode. To get out of it you'll need to:
(a) read the manual to find out what to do; or
(b) look through all of the menu options to see if you can find a reference to 'flight mode' (or something similar) ; or
(c) tell us the make and model of your phone, so that we can seek the relevant information for you.
