Please don't laugh - I am a 90 year old and computer literate but Haven't a clue how to start.
My wife is in a nursing home and I bought a wee Boombox which plays Books on USB - nice piece of kit.
I would like to be able to cheer her with the sort of easy-listening music - good tempo dance music too - until 5 years ago we were regular Saturday night sequence dancers.
Thanks for listening
jacklee
Sorry Zachs-master. i guess tis may be toomuch to deal with on answerbank - but even just pointing me in the right direction would be ahelp
Thanks

Jacklee, if your computer has a cd or dvd drive and a relatively recent version of windows then follow zacs instructions. It took me about 3 minutes to show my 75 year old French neighhbour how to do it and in the ensuing week he must have copied about 50 CDs. It really is easy.
This may help, if you already have the CD's to hand.
If not, there are plenty of other ways to get music via youTube, just search on there for further advice.
Hi Jacklee, how are you neighgbor? I hope you found your dear Minnie well today.
As for your *Downloading music* question, "aye nar noot aboot that" but keep asking on here and the clever people will help you do it bit by bit. Thats how most of use have learned alsorts of things on this site. We just keep asking until we know what we are doing.
There are some clever folk in this section, I don't think their Geordies like but thats not their fault (joke).
Take care Arwyn..
