Outlook 2010 Calendar

Hi, how can i make it so that when i open my calendar on to day view, it show from (say) 8 am, rather than midnight? Currently i have to scroll down the page to see what i'm doing

In the arrange section, click on the teeny-tiny option button at bottom-right, and set the start time to 08:00
