No Dial Tone.
5 Answers
I've lost the dial tone from my phone, yet wifi still works. I've connected a different phone directly to the phone socket (removing the dsl filter) yet still no joy. Any ideas ABers? Thanks in advance.

I called BT on 0800 800 151 (using my mobile, of course!) and they checked the line straight away, confirming that there was a fault at the exchange. It was fixed very quickly (with the engineer texting me to say when he'd arrived at the exchange and then again when he'd cleared the fault).
