How do i set up two diffrent e-mails for two diffrent user's on one user name using outlok express, is this possible.

In Outlook Express, click on 'Tools' then click on 'Accounts'.
Select 'Add' and input your email details. 
Not sure of the maximum number of email accounts you can have but it's a large number.
When you send an email you can select the senders name from the drop down box.  But when receiving email you will receive all account, so there is no privacy.

You can obtain privacy by selecting File/Identities/Manage Identities and setting a different password for each account.Set up a dummy address as a main account with no password required and select to open at that account on start-up ensuring complete privacy for every user.
