I received this after trying to burn a cd/r.the track times were within the 80 mins of the cd

Try changing the Burn Speed at which you burn the discs
i.e. down to 12 or 8.

I also find that when I have any playlists that are over 74 minutes they won't burn so try bringing your minutes down to 74 mins by removing a couple of songs or tracks.
