I had Internet Explorer as my home page but after some problems on my computer, when I try to open it this comes up
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" and in the box it says
"Program:C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\ ie Explore EXE

I Hope someone can help.

Not quite sure what you meant by having Internet Explorer as your home page.

Internet Explorer is a web browser, and when you use it to go to the internet, it brings up your home page, eg. Google, AnswerBank or whatever age you ave set as your home page.

Until you post your problem clearly, all I can recommend is running a scan with Malwarebytes.
