uninstall problem

I need to uninstall Realplayer v10 from my pc but when I try Add/Remove programs it tells me that Uninstaller component is missing.I am running WindowsXP home.

For windows XP, after you've deleted the files as andy said, you'll want to clear it from the registry. Careful here, since you don't want to delete the wrong thing. Click start -> run -> regedit. Then do a search for real, and see what you get. Anything that you think is no longer needed can be deleted. You might want to create a system restore point first.
