We have had the exact same problem, I rang sky yesterday as the only way i could get on line was to turn the router off and on, but only had 15 mins internet at a time, It was a wifi issue not router, I had to put in my ip address in to the web bar, A box came up, I had to put in (admin) Password Is your internet (provider) when your router details come up, go into settings, and then change the channel number to 11 or above, scroll down to apply then log out, I have had no problems today.
