After too many attempts at the wrong (forgotten) password Yahoo are asking for name of childs knickname which has been forgotten as it was entered many moons ago.
They cannot see anywhere on the Yahoo mail pages the procedure whereby this information can be retrieved and/or reinstated.
Does anyone know where it is please.

Are you using Yahoo! Mail through BT and, if so, have you tried here?

Why not just reset the password?
Question Author
It's not throught BT BUENCHICO they have Sky.
They cannot reset the Password PASTAFREAK because they keep getting asked this security question before they can do anything.
There must be somewhere within Yahoo Mail where the security question can be changed but we cannot find anything.
Surely if not then they would be locked out for ever!
If there's not an ISP account linked to the Yahoo! account, the only information that Yahoo! will have about an account holder is their name (which might be in their email address, so can't be used for security purposes), their current log-in details and the security question (such as a child's nickname) which was created when the account was set up. If you can't get in via here
https://edit.yahoo.com/forgotroot/
then the account is lost for all time.

camera wi fi
If you have a wi fi camera and use it abroad with an ipad just to show and store photo's if that is possible,is that classed as data handling as I've been told it's very expensive or does that just apply to using the Ipad on the internet Not quite sure how this Wi fi works when out of the country and also could you please tell me what is classed as data when you are abroad as in one of the daily papers I'm sure it warned people to switch it off when abroad,or is that to do with phone's only sorry if this is basic stuff but I'm not sure where this Wi fi signal goes to before it gets to the place you sent it too when out and about

I'm sorry about this this not very good at this computer game
