Ipcc Complaint And Caution
I was arrested and got a caution,I would like to challenge it but I'm not sure if I would be able to do it finally. As it's complicated.
Anyway I would like to make a complaint about the misconduct from the police, sending it to both the IPCC and the police force involved.
So I would have to mention in the complaint that I do not agree with the caution.
I lied in some way in the record, hiding some information, for them to accept the caution. I had powerful reasons to do it.
I know that I can not remove my caution with the complaint.
But my question is: Can this have negative consecuences for me? I mean that somehow I'm stating that I don't agree with the caution so, can the police prosecute me afterwards taking this statement of mine in the complaint?
Looking at the powers and freedom the police have in this country, I can believe everything..

I was forced by the situation and by the police to accept the caution. Because they did the things very wrong.
The police officers needed me to sign the caution. But I don't know if this can be proved at all.
The question is if making a simple complaint to the police and explaining everything, it can have negative consecuences if I say something against what I recorded and signed.
Can the police take this statement of mine against me?
